We generally have stock on all items that are marked "In Stock". We make every effort to ship your order the same day that it is placed. Because of time zones, incorrect credit card information or other circumstances, this will not always occur and your order may be shipped out the following business day. Because of the speed at which we process orders, we will not be able to cancel orders once they have been placed.

You will receive three email notifications from us:

1) An Order Confirmation and Receipt email

When: Immediately after the order was placed via email at the address you provided on the order form.

2) An Order Approval Confirmation

When: After your order has been approved and sent to our warehouse for packing.

3) A Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number email

When: Usually the following business day after order has shipped from our warehouse.
